The Department of CBA/MCB requires the submission of scores from the general test of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) and recommends submission of scores from an Advanced Test (Institution Code for GRE and TOEFL: 4832; Department Code for GRE: 0203). Foreign applicants are also required to submit scores from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Applicants must have the official scores from all these examinations sent to the University of Arizona. However, if the applicant already knows these scores, they can be provided below as a help to the Admissions Committee. Likewise, pending receipt of official transcripts, the applicant should provide the overall grade point average (GPA) and the grade point average in science courses (i.e., biology, chemistry, physics, statistics and mathematics)
